The Role: Bateau Bay | Casual | Care Service Employee You will be responsible for: Assisting residents with personal care including showering Supporting residents with meals Contributing to care planning with registered staff Documenting care and services provided to residents Engaging residents in meaningful activities LI-DNI Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement. Experience in similar role in aged care A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity Able to do night shifts Must have a full working rights
